As Media Director at Adworks (a leading Washington DC firm), she managed a 30-person team of planners and buyers on $60 million in business. Lin delivered integrated campaigns for such clients as Penn State, Marriott and Weight Watchers, diving into the analytics to find those key consumer insights that spark a media solution. Lin pushes the limits of media, often being the 1st to execute a new idea, as demonstrated by her early entrance into digital advertising in 1998.
