Lori got her start in broadcast buying, ultimately leading a 16 member department as Director of Buying Services at Adworks. Under her leadership, the team delivered premium buys for such accounts as Total Wine and More, The Washington Post, Cleveland Clinic and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. She is a natural negotiator thriving on the interaction, strategy, relationships and the nuances that go into delivering the most value for the money.
Keeping her broadcast talents sharp, she began applying her skills to the web. With an eye for detail, she identifies the latest in digital trends, which she executes with precision and optimizes to deliver the desired action. Lori successfully grew patient volume for such healthcare clients as Wake Forest Baptist Health and increased sales for clients like Canada Dry.

With more than 25 years in the business, Lin’s media experience extends to virtually every category and objective from building awareness to changing perceptions to driving action.
With tenure at several of the Mid-Atlantic region’s leading agencies, Lin quickly rose through the ranks. As Media Director at Adworks (a leading Washington DC firm), she managed a 30-person team of planners and buyers on $60 million in business. Lin delivered integrated campaigns for such clients as Penn State, Marriott and Weight Watchers, diving into the analytics to find those key consumer insights that spark a media solution. Lin pushes the limits of media, often being the 1st to execute a new idea, as demonstrated by her early entrance into digital advertising in 1998.
